Client Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully before engaging iWAT LLC services.

Support & Billing

Standard rate is $105/hr. Clients with an active Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) contract are billed at the discounted rate of $85/hr.

On-site services are billed in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum. Emergency on-site services require a 2-hour minimum.

After-hours support (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM) incurs additional charges. After-hours work requires management approval prior to being performed.

Payment Terms

Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days will begin accruing late fees. iWAT LLC will not perform work for clients with past due balances, including emergency services.

In the event that collection efforts are required, all collection costs and reasonable attorney fees shall be the responsibility of the client.

Service Provisions

All quotes provided by iWAT LLC remain valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Labor charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly recurring services require a 60-day written notice for cancellation. Hardware and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty only; iWAT provides no additional hardware warranty.

iWAT LLC reserves the right to decline support for residential-class devices in commercial environments. Outdated or end-of-life equipment may incur additional service fees.

Software Updates

iWAT LLC provides no liability for adverse effects resulting from third-party software updates, patches, or version upgrades. Any remediation services required as a result of a third-party update are billable at the standard rate.

Clients bear full responsibility for reviewing software compatibility and ensuring proper data backups are in place before authorizing any updates.

Taxes & Employment

Applicable state and local taxes will be added to all invoices unless the client provides a valid tax exemption certificate prior to service.

iWAT LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between iWAT and the client.

Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other's proprietary business information obtained during the course of the engagement.

Any disputes arising from services provided by iWAT LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
